Here we will investigate these questions through the gateway of the body. Here we will journey in the energetic realms of the 5Rhythms. Practicing the embodiment of transition and change as we move from rhythm to rhythm. Practicing fluidity and opening so that we can become the empty vessel. In this place we fulfill our potential to both give and receive all that is available to us in this life.
