BAR BOOT CAMP
Bar Boot Camp utilizes light to medium weights to define the upper body while floor exercises and pole exercises (used for balance) work to target the thighs, seat and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to lengthen the muscles. After about 10 consecutive lessons, your legs look leaner, your butt looks firmer, your abs become stronger, and your shoulders, arms and chest become defined. You will also burn away fat as Bar Boot Camp keeps you feeling challenged throughout its workout. This class is open to both men and women of all levels.

Work It Dance and Fitness is a private studio offering pole dancing/pole fitness, and pole dancing parties (great for bachelorettes, girl's night out, birthdays, etc.). Work It Dance and Fitness also offers Burlesque Dance, Cardio Dance, Zumba, Yoga, Bellydance, and other unique classes.
Work It Dance and Fitness offers a variety of classes of all levels as well as a warm environment are made an equal priority. Instead of monotonous treadmills and weight machines, Work It and its instructors offer a variety of dance and fitness styles guaranteed to be fun, while loosing weight and building a toned body.
Work It provides group fitness classes, private dance instruction and private classes/parties. Instead of being locked into long-term membership contracts, participants have the option taking individual classes at their convenience or signing up for bundle packages. Co-ed and women only classes available.
